Alexander Che Yue CHOY will serve as our Chief Strategy Officer after the closing of the Business Combination. Mr. Choy is a serial entrepreneur and advisor, disruptor, high growth-oriented individual with over 20 years of experience of building and investing in new businesses, capital raising, driving strategy and growth, business partnerships. Mr. Choy currently is an Advisor to Viatris, a global Healthcare and Pharmaceutical company, driving strategy, growth, innovation, organization restructuring and change management. Prior to that, Mr. Choy advised and invested in start-ups and high-growth companies in industries including technology, garment and charity. Mr. Choy was the CEO of Soliton Music Group which he co-founded in 2011 in Hong Kong, a music streaming platform that created massive disruption in the music sector, which was recognized for innovation and boldness, thereafter sold to a listed company. Mr. Choy began his career with Procter & Gamble Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Daniel WONG Sai Chung will serve as our Executive Director after the closing of the Business Combination. Mr WONG currently serves as Executive Director of LEW. Between 2019 and 2021, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Lighthouse Technologies Limited. He was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2021. From 2016, Mr WONG was Director of JM Network Limited, a full-service provider of LED signage solutions in Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to that, he held various positions at international banks and financial companies where he was responsible for formulating business strategies and the development of online financial product trading platforms. Mr WONG graduated from California State University, Northridge, US with a BSc in Business Administration in 1997 and an MBA in 1998.

Teddy Lo is both an innovative businessman and entrepreneur, and a gifted artist and designer with a deep passion for the industrial and societal implementation of light. He sees light as a sustainable and neo-transcendental material for advancing humanity through a combination of modern technology and ancient philosophies on presence and human well-being.
Coming from a family background in technological manufacturing and performing art, Teddy enrolled in the Art Center College of Design in California to complete a BFA degree in art direction.
During a visit to a lighting factory, he was inspired to explore LEDs as an artistic medium. He later moved to New York to work in advertising and had his first light art exhibition at the Arturo Dimodica Gallery after which he began working on lighting design projects.
In 2007 he returned to Hong Kong and founded LED ARTIST, an LED experience design company. He then earned a Master’s degree in Lighting at Queensland University of Technology. Lo held numerous exhibitions around the world, including the Luminale in Frankfurt; the Museum of Art and Design in NYC; the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Arts and even the Burning Man Festival in Nevada. He also completed numerous commissions including the tallest building in China - Shanghai Tower and the new World Trade Center in NYC.
Lo explains that his artistic journey, “evolves from computational graphics, engineering and programming to research in sculptural design, spectrum manipulation and interactivity.”
As CEO of LEI, Lo advocates that, “technology should be a tool for human beings to assist and excel in our natural capabilities and evolve towards more sustainable modes of co-existence with the world”.

Nelson has held a number of senior positions in the investment banking and asset management sector over the past 18 years. He is the Founder of ORION STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT CO. LIMITED, and has been actively involved in the US and Hong Kong capital markets.
Nelson holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics and Accounting from The University of Sydney. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia, and a Certified Public Accountant of the HKICPA. He is also a Responsible Officer of type 1, 4 & 9 under the Hong Kong SFC, and a member of the Society of Registered Financial Planners. Nelson has been very active in charitable activities and education in the Rotary Club of the Golden Bauhinia Hong Kong.

Prof. Francisco CISTERNAS VERA will serve as one of our Independent Non-Executive Directors after the closing of the Business Combination. Prof. Cisternas Vera is known for his research in modeling the interaction between digital and physical channels using big data, in the financial, sports, and retail industries. His work was awarded two research grants from Carnegie Mellon University’s PNC Center for Financial Services Innovation, and he was distinguished with the Dipankar and Sharmila Chakravarti Doctoral Fellowship Award in 2014 for his contributions to Marketing. Prof. Cisternas Vera has been an assistant professor of Marketing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School since June 2017. He received his PhD in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015, his MSc in Operations Management and BSc in Industrial Engineering in 2006.

Antony Paul VAN de VEN will serve as one of our Independent Non-Executive Directors after the closing of the Business Combination. Mr VAN de VEN has over 40 years of experience and has published 70 papers on electrical engineering and optoelectronics. He is the holder of several patents for lighting devices filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Since February 2020, Mr VAN de VEN has been serving as Director of Strategic Technology of KnowBio LLC, a life science company redefining the standards of care in a number of diseases and medical conditions by utilising their extensive catalogue of intellectual property in the fields of nitric oxide and precision light therapy. From April 2018 to February 2020, Mr VAN de VEN was the Chief Longevity Officer of MOZI AI, a biotechnology research company utilising cloud-based engines to analyse public biomedical databases and published literature. Prior to that, Mr VAN de VEN was the Asia Pacific Director of LED Lighting Solution at Cree, Inc (NYSE: WOLF, formerly NASDAQ: CREE). Mr VAN de VEN received a Radio Trades Certificate from Sydney Technical College in 1980.

Alain FONTAINE will serve as one of our Independent Non-Executive Directors after the closing of the Business Combination. Mr FONTAINE has nearly 30 years of experience working in Asia in Private Equity (PE) investment for both corporate and institutional clients. He is currently a partner at the Hong Kong family office Beyond Traditions, which he joined in October 2012. Mr FONTAINE has served as the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) since September 2017, after being elected to the board in June 2012 and being appointed treasurer in August 2015. Prior to his current role at Beyond Traditions, he was a partner in the China-focused OnCapital China Fund from June 2010.
Preceding that, from April 1998, Mr FONTAINE was the CEO of Investel Asia Ltd., a single-family office focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors. He also briefly served as CEO of the Newcom Group in Mongolia from January 2007 to October 2008 and was Managing Director of CDP Capital Communications from April 1998 to December 2003.
Mr FONTAINE spent the first 17 years of his career as a professional engineer and in various management positions at Bell Canada and its subsidiaries in Canada, Africa, and Asia. He received his BSc in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
